I share my experience with loneliness, mental health, and the importance of seeking support and community. We live in a culture that says that we need to keep 'hustling'... well, I call BS on that!!! You deserve to take a break!
I also speak to the importance of taking care of our mental health and how to recognize signs of Burnout. If you are feeling burnt out, exhausted, tired, know that you aren't alone. Many of us are feeling it right now and there are ways to make positive changes mentally, emotionally and beyond.
