Today Jemma Jasmine, a PR & Creative Manager based out of London-U.K joins us to talk about her journey to self-love and self- acceptance.We dive into how fear shows up when we are playing small and it’s time to step into our fullest selves and living out our own/true desires. And she shares how it is not always easy and sometimes those outer influences affect decisions. She explains how the pleasing mentality wanted to take over in times of important decision making and how we can navigate that on our path in life.
Jemma hit the nail on the head around how fear will exist even after overcoming some challenges and choosing yourself and putting yourself first in life. Jemma says; “Turning Fear into Fuel” is how she uses fear as an ally, instead. We discuss how fear can be used and in channeling it into energy that you can use for the bravery and courage that is required when you step into and do the hard and exciting things that you are being called to do in life.
Jemma shares about how she started to stand in her power in her relationship and choose being self-ish (to feed the self) even though it felt so wrong based on the programming and past conditioning that she was taught growing up.
