How to Manifest an Aligned Romantic Relationship & Honour Your Own Needs

The power in owning and honouring your needs, makes for an empowered, healthy, interdependent relationship. When you can objectively look at difficulties or disagreements in relationships and start to recognize what is your stuff to work through (mentally, emotionally, etc.) and what is your partners, the empowerment unfolds. It also requires taking radical responsibility for what is your contribution in the relationship and communicating what you need or want.

In this shorter episode, lots of ground is covered! With stories of her dating experiences that brought her to the aligned partner that she is with now, the journey to finding her now partner (and why it is SO possible for you) and what is needed to mentally and emotionally move through that frustration to receive your ideal partner.
