A year ago on my birthday, I promised to give myself the highest version of myself in mind, body, and spirit. Today I am happy to have celebrated what I like to call my self-love birthday. celebrating the gift of honoring myself with self-respect- self-responsibility, and a surrendered relationship with God. No more was I to dim my light for the comfort of others.
