Melvin is a call center agent and occasional drug user.  He uses illegal drugs to be able to work during graveyard shifts.  One morning after work, he was invited by his friend, Maya to a celebration at her apartment.   The party was interrupted when the police barged to serve a search warrant.  When  illegal drugs and paraphernalia were found at the apartment, the police arrested everyone present at the party including Melvin.  They were charged of the crime of "Visiting a Drug Den" under the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs law.  Is this the end of the road for Melvin?
