In this episode, we discuss the insider views of labour movement in the healthcare industry. Ms Malisa has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. She is currently leading the talent acquisition team in a leading private hospital in Malaysia. She is skilled in recruitment, performance & rewards, learning & development and employee engagement

Prior to this role, she held similar responsibilities in the healthcare industry.  She graduated from the University Teknologi Malaysia with a Masters in Human Resources Development. Outside of her work, Ms Malisa devotes her time to pro bono consulting and volunteering.
