I wanted to start a podcast that will showcase what it truly takes and means to be a veteran these days. As many know every veteran goes through months of training to do their job in uniform. When its time to EAS they only get a few weeks at best to rejoin the civilian life. Unfortunately this is the time we lose some of our 22 a day. Our veterans and Servicemembers over time have put a stigma on reaching out for help in their time of need. So that's where I got the idea of starting a podcast.

This episode I sit down with my long-time friend Toby. He served in the army as a 11B and 15A from 1966 to 1993. He was part of 8 different commands and was sent on 3 deployments during his time. He was awarded with the Legion of merit, meritorious service medal and a Southwest Asia service medal.
