On this week's episode of Amber's Happy Hour, we dive into a more serious note by discussing a couple of topics that Amber believes has a significant impact on most people's lives. With "Bell Lets Talk" coming up this Thursday, Jan 28, she felt the need to inform you of a few coping mechanisms when dealing with either panic attacks, anxiety, stress, or even depression. She later dives into the idea of body shaming and body image and how society's thinking and how social media portray the ideal body image impact our mindset, and how body shaming can scar us mentally, especially within our communities.  I hope these methods become beneficial towards your mental health, and the way she approached the idea of body image/shaming helps your mindset!   You are all beautiful INSIDE AND OUT!!!
