This episode is dedicated to my previous PA Gemma who sadly passed away at the end of last year. She was one of the first to organise my calendar! I am so thankful to her and to my current PA Sharon for teaching me that it is ok to plan in advance. Even if things happen and it doesn't always work out as planned, that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t try!
