to enjoy your life to the fullest, to do something great & meaningful, you need to go easy on yourself & just let it be.
you can’t be stressed state of mind & think of a great idea or a solution
you can’t be worried & enjoy life
being always young is a mindset, and there are really good examples in this world which I want to bring on the podcasts as guests to share their mindset, wisdom, journeys, experiences, hacks to being young, etc so that others can learn & get inspired.
