There is no easier practice than the natural practice of letting yourself melt away into the stillness, into the source of your awareness, into the love at the center of your heart, or into the River of Divine Loving Consciousness flowing through your soul.

Every person is unique.  We all have a unique, special, precious way of melting into this River of God's Love for us.   Find your own special way of easily melting, floating, dissolving, drifting away into God Consciousness.    Then practice it every day.
