Corporal Narendra Kumar Rai: Brave Gurkha warrior

Times have changed; Corporal Narendra Kumar Rai,  a brave warrior with army number 2116 3305, became the British Gurkha army and served in Hong Kong, Brunei, and the UK. He arrived in Hong Kong in 1972 as a son of Gurkha Soldier and spent three years, and then the second time, he arrived as Gurkha Recruit in 1979. He was stationed in the San Tin barrack, Casino line, Tai Me Camp, Malaya line, and regularly guarded the Lo Wu border. He remembers with pride how he and his fellow Gurkha soldiers protected the border and saved the lives of those illegal immigrants.
