Today I’m joined by Mike Madonna, a Scientific leader driving innovation in the novel protein space. Most recently, Mike served as Senior Director of Protein Science at Shiru, and previously worked as an Analytical Science Lead at JUST.
Mike has studied proteins for all of his adult life, and he’ll talk about how that passion led him to his PhD and eventually into the food space. It’s really a pleasure to have him on the show.
