A Master Teacher Conversation: Leveraging Vaccine Law as a Teaching Tool - 1.4

Debbie Kaminer, JD, Professor in the Department of Law at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College - City University of New York, explains her use of contemporary themes in teaching legal environment coursework.  She explores the multifaceted nature of such themes through the lens of law, ethics, and even behavioral economics.  Specific to this episode, Professor Kaminer pulls from her expertise in employment discrimination, religion and the law, and vaccine law to describe how vaccine mandates form a great scenario for student learning and engagement.  Professor Kaminer additionally touches on pandemic pedagogy, open access materials, and other items of note that strengthen her approach to teaching.
