Lawcast E2P1: Diction Change and Government Discretion

Until now COVID-19 still become a serious problem that we faced because it's spread still high. After going through social distancing and PSBB for a while the government decided to implement the New Normal policy as a way of avoiding economic crisis. However, a lot of us are still confused on implementing New Normal in which the government then replaced it with "Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru". The question is how important the change of New Normal term into Kebiasaan Baru? Are the policies and decisions that the government took are in accordance with the good government principle? What can we do to end this pandemic? What about the regulation and the punishment that regulate the New Normal or Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru?

We hoped that this podcast can help to answer those questions, Law Development Division of ALSA LC UGM proudly presents "ALSA Lawcast E2P1: Serba-Serbi Penerapan New Normal atau Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru di Indonesia”
