E-TALKS #3: Controversial New Security Law: What’s Going on in Hong Kong?

The introduction of a bill, called the Fugitive Offenders Amendment bill by the Secretary of Security of Hong Kong Government, had intensely triggered the whole Hong Kong to protest all over the streets, showing disagreement towards it.

Questions then raise in amidst of the whole process of the introduction and withdrawal of the law; What prompted the government to introduce the law? Who is the most affected party by the law? Why is this law highly criticized by the people of Hong Kong?
