After the announcement of the COVID-19 outbreak, WHO is currently affected by political conflicts between member states. The conflict soared when President Donald Trump announced he was halting U.S. funding and membership for various reasonings. 

Questions then raise amidst the international community; what has WHO done to mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak? Has Trump actually withdrawn the U.S. from the WHO? What are the impacts to Indonesia?
