Patrick always thought that e-commerce doesn’t live up to its potential because of a lack of trust about who’s on the other side of the deal. He had started his own companies but finally saw an opportunity to realize his vision through a merger with another firm; negotiating, collaborating, merging, and launching during a worldwide pandemic.
