Your spiritual walk will never rise above the quality of your thought life. Many believers are sincere in their desire to walk with God, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of defeat or spiritual inconsistency. The root is often this: their thinking is still shaped more by the world, their feelings, and past experiences than by the Word of God. Romans 12:2 gives us the key: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
