3. Sharpen The Blade (System For Getting Your Sh*t In Order)
In this episode, I reintroduced the Blade System, a framework I designed for getting your shit in orde. If you're new here or missed earlier episodes, the Blade System is a free, four-part framework that challenges you to remove the bad shit (Purge), include the good shit (Oath), do scary shit (Crucible), and focus on small shit (Rigor). It’s inspired by systems like the Power List by Andy Frisella as well as Darren Hardy's Vice Fast and is fully customizable to your goals. The program operates on integrity—you set your own tasks and stick to them for 30 days. If you miss even one day, you restart. This system is about holding yourself accountable, overcoming obstacles, and continuously leveling up. Whether it’s giving up distractions, introducing positive habits, or facing fears, you’ll build resilience and discipline that extend into all areas of life.  I also announced the podcast's first weekly challenge: complete 1,000 pushups by December 21st.
