Episode 6 features Joel Canacoo, a MiLB Strength & Conditioning coach for the Cincinnati Reds. Coach Joel Canacoo drops some wisdom on several aspects of what he does and how he does it with his guys in the Reds organization, as well as dropped some key knowledge from his vast experience in the soccer realm as well.

We touched on building training programs for athletes, using data to inform the training process, the importance of strength for athlete health and performance, medicine ball training, strategies for soccer athletes and deceleration, speed development, long term athletic development as it pertains to the youth soccer model, and ACL injury risk for female soccer athletes.
