Introduction: 

I am soon turning 40. I am a single mom and I have a million projects all the time. I eat healthy and I work out. Nevertheless the weight seems to be more stubborn than i am. And my need to be in good shape goes beyond looks. It is about feeling light and healthy. And I am sure I am not the only one. So I have been wondering if this can have anything to do with hormonal issues. And so I came across Pia’s profile. She connects well being to finding the time for work out, to diet but also to hormones. And I immediately realized that this wonderful woman was someone I would love to talk to, and having that recorded so that others can benefit from her wisdom too.

And today with me is Pia Torper.

Pia is a certified personal trainer and dietitian through AFPT.

Overall health is important to her. Her background is versatile and she has been involved in many different sports,has been without training at all for periods, but made a change 6 years ago. She now helps women who want better health and more energy and surplus for an easier life. By getting strength training in place at home and adjusting the diet, taking hormones into account and looking at both stress and sleep.
