How the practice of Qigong can transform your life

I found Qigong in a moment in my life when I felt lost. I felt like my yoga and meditation practices were not working its magic any longer. And thought to give Qigong a try… and i loved it. After 4 years (with some breaks in between) I am practicing and loving the opening and healing i am experiencing in this practice. So that’s what we will be talking about today: Qigong: What it is and how it can affect our life.

And today with my teacher Harald Øygard. Harald has studied Qigong, Taiji and Meditation since 1995, and has been actively teaching since 2000. Harald has a teaching degree and is a very experienced and popular instructor, and his courses are always full on the recommendation of others who have trained with him. He is a promoter of the development of Qigong and Taiji in the Nordics, and is the leader of the Nordic Buqi Organisation, which holds weekend courses with international instructors on a regular basis. 

I am really happy to have you here with us. I have taken a couple of Qi gong courses with Harald and I have to say that it was amazing. So I am really happy to have you here with us today talking about Qi gong.
