I've been a coach for the past 20 years. Throughout my journey, I met many people from various cultures and different backgrounds. The one thing that united them all was their passion and desire to share their adventures. I launched All The Talk as a platform to exchange with my guests about their unique experiences. Above all I hope my listeners will get as much out of it as I did.

#48 Sarah Poewe. 4 olympics and still learning, Swimming

FINALLY! My dear friend Sarah Poewe in the show. A lots of throw back about her Olympic journey. Sarah swam internationally since the age of 10. She participated in four Olympics, got an Olympic medal with the German 400 medley relay, and many others in FINA world long course and short course.  Her dream was to win an individual Olympic medal with South Africa and Germany, 4th in 2000 and 5th in 2004. What did she learn from those results? What did strive her to push forward? And today, in her coaching life, how does she use all that experience. Hope you guys enjoy Sarah story. This a great one.
