Reconciling With What Wasn’t Fair | Ron Williams
Ron Williams life began in Montana. The son of alcoholic parents, he found himself alone and unsupervised most of his young life. He describes how he felt uncomfortable with the mainstream kids. At 12 he spent the night in an adult drunk tank. At 13 he stole his first car. The only love and belonging he felt through his youth was one summer he spent at a youth ranch where momentarily he felt love belonging and security. Ron learned to run at an early age. He ran away from home, from the law, from anything that was difficult. That trend continued for many years. In and out of prison 6 times he found himself getting old and tired of running. Finally with the support he has found at The Other Side Academy, he has stopped running, found value in his life and learned to face his demons. His story of triumph over a lifetime of pain is one you will want to hear.
