Hey All my Bones, I trust you have been well, or you know trying at the least.

It's still a difficult time for the world especially up in Ukraine, sending prayers and love,(it hurts how helpless it feels that there isn't much we can do). I'll link some organizations you can donate to support the people of Ukraine.

This episode is a tad late, I am almost sorry(it won't happen again) again guys I am such an emotional person and I tend to be so affected by the world's problems and that translates into my work as well. I need to set some boundaries with this side of the earth(deep exhausted sighs).
