This sentence for this case has been appealed twice and it even went for retrial with the support of Justice For Women. It's factual that Emma Jayne Magson stabbed and killed James Knight. However, there is a huge part of this case that nobody will ever know, and that is where did it happen? That crucial bit of evidence would settle once and for all whether this should have been a murder charge or manslaughter charge.
