David applies his passion for building great APIs and a compelling developer experience to the design and architecture of Apiture's open banking API ecosystem. David has over thirty years of industry experience creating reusable, robust, and elegant enterprise software systems. He strives to make software <development|developers> better, stronger, faster at solving complex customer problems.
Prior to joining Apiture, David worked at SAS for 28 years, most recently leading SAS' API Center of Excellence and SAS' adoption of RESTful API design. David has a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MS in CS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
David is a contributor to Financial Data Exchange. He has presented at API and finance conferences and has authored numerous API blogs and articles.
