If you’re new to my channel, my name is Hallie Jimenez! I’m the founder and CEO of Aligned Fitness, where we help busy high-level women with demanding careers lose 15-20lbs of body fat, get lean, and build confidence without doing fad diets and spending hours in the gym. How I got here…


17: Fell into partying & drinking alcohol heavily

18: Completely let myself go and gained so much weight that my old clothes could no longer fit me

19: Started my fitness journey to lose weight because I was no longer confident in my body

20: Got into a toxic relationship, started going to raves and continuing my unhealthy party lifestyle

21: Got out of my relationship, lost everything. Had to move back in with my parents and work at a restaurant in my hometown. I was broke AND heartbroken.

22: Saved up enough to move out on my own and moved to San Diego, where I met my now husband! Fell in love with fitness and discovered my passion for coaching.

22: Started my coaching business, quit my full time job, and hired my first fitness coach AND business mentor.

23: Aligned Fitness was born, and things really started taking off. Continued to invest thousands of dollars into mentorship and coaches.

24: Expanded the Aligned Fitness team and continued to impact hundreds of women around the globe on their health & fitness journeys.

25: Got married to the love of my life! Continued to expand Aligned Fitness and make it my full passion.

26: Competed in my first bodybuilding show and won 3rd place!

27: Continuing to impact hundreds of women’s lives through my content + our amazing Aligned Fitness program ❤️



After spending years unconfident in my own skin, not taking care of my health, and never putting my fitness goals as a top priority, I know can confidently say that I’m PROUD of my transformation. I AM confident in not just my body - but my own capabilities.


Fitness absolutely changed my life. It led me to my dream career, business, partner, and life. And it can for you too.
