This is a Facebook Live conversation that I hosted back on March 17, 2020, right when the world was shutting down for Covid. I came across it the other day and was struck with how the message still applies to today's times. Restoration. Renewal. Recharge. Replenish. Receive. All beautiful gifts in this time of chaos and uncertainty. And, these gifts are for YOU! Many of you are so called to serve others, to show up, to be responsible. Many of you are empaths. And, you are feeling EVERYTHING! However, many of you also forget to take time for yourself FIRST! So, let's take a moment together to "lift and shift" ... to take time out, with each other. To have a conversation, to talk about the energy that's moving ... Remember, together we are stronger!
