After giving birth in 2022, I found myself at my heaviest, yet filled with more love for myself than ever before. That self-love became the foundation for a complete transformation—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I talk about how I slowly shifted to organic whole foods, honored my body's needs, created intentional rituals, and released nearly 50 pounds without restriction. I share how deep meditation, grief work, and self-love helped me leave an unhealthy relationship, start my business (Bloom), and come home to my true self.
