What a great interview this was, and there is still more to come. Nancy Cates is a local cookie, coffee and more cafe in my local town. I knew talking to these girls Catie and Emelie was going to be really interesting and I wasn't wrong! 

Disclaimer! : There is a a lot of background noise at some points as we had to record this while the cafe was open. Apologies for that. Also we lost half of the recording so we only have the first half. I will get the girls on again to talk more as the stuff we covered in the second part after the break was golden and I'm gutted that I lost it :(
