Today's podcast is about meditation and creative visualisations to enable you to still your mind not just for a moment of peace and tranquillity, but to eventually be able to raise your vibrations level and send your magickal workings sky high! This is the first one I have ever recorded as I usually only do these in person through my regression practice. Let me know how you found it!
