The Trade and Cooperation agreement (or TCA) between the UK and the EU came into force almost one year ago, and, to this day, even if Brexit is “done,” some questions still remain unresolved.
One of the most important problems is the Northern Irish border and the consequent suspension of the Northern Ireland Protocol. If we look into the not so distant future, it could even be very likely that if a compromise is not found on this issue, it could further hinder the possibility of a smoother end to the Brexit.
