For this episode we were excited to have Anna Haverinen from Grundlage in the Studio with us. Anna works as an Insight Strategist and Design Anthropologist at the marketing communications, advertising, branding, designing and strategy agency. She is also very experienced in academic sector as well. In the episode we discuss about the things that needs to take into account with customers at the beginning of the customership. Anna will also tell what a Design Anthropologist is doing in an advertising agency and what Anna's daily work at Grundlage looks like.

We will also discuss about the differences between working in a private sector and academic sector, in which Anna has experience working in both. Anna tells why she wants to be building a bridge between them and share her future dreams career-wise.
