In this Podcast, Agile coach Miraj narrates his first experience with Agile. He talks through the journey with his experiences of transformation from traditional methodology to the Agile way of working. The team started following the Scrum framework in order to save the Project from being scrapped by the Customer due to the delay in delivery. Changing to Agile not only brought back the project on track but also created the much-needed transparency between the Customer and the project team. The outcomes made the Customer very happy and resulted in further extension of the contract
