Meet Jess Racz, a female athlete who was a state champion in high school but never played college basketball. She struggled with social anxiety and depression, which led her to lose her confidence in basketball and in herself.
While she suffered through the social and emotional depression something about sports wouldn’t let her quit. Instead of giving up on her love for basketball, she turned to a different path.
Now Jess is a sports performance trainer for male and female college and professional basketball players. Her struggles with social anxiety and depression have enabled her to relate and empathize with her clients.
Not only does Jess helps her clients enhance their basketball skills, but she helps them build confidence and trust in themselves. With her experience and dedication, Jess has become an inspiration for young athletes everywhere; gaining 95k followers on social media teaching techniques to the world daily.
