Ep. 6 - On What We Take for Granted (Power of Gratitude)

Inspired by: Positive Psychology's Researches on the Power of Gratitude.

Mumbai, India.

Caught up in our daily struggles, it's easy to dwell on the negatives and lose sight of anything else. But sometimes, stepping back—or living experiences that shift our perspective—can let us see the full picture.

In this episode, I reflect on a transformative trip to Mumbai, where I came face-to-face with my own fallacies and the resilience of those who have far less—yet often, more strength.

This is a story of contrasts, of confronting what we take for granted, and of realizing that no matter our struggles, someone else is fighting an even harder battle.

But this isn’t just about guilt or shame—it’s about what comes next. How do we move forward, with both gratitude and intention? How do we take what we’ve seen, what we’ve learned, and make an impact in our lives?
