Dipti Tait, author of Good Grief is a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, Relaxation Teacher and Hypnotherapy Lecturer.

Dipti owns and manages a private, thriving hypnotherapy practice in the Cotswolds, UK and sees clients online all over the world.

She began her career in TV Post Production, working for the BBC in London. She gave up this glamorous world to become a mother and raise her two boys, whilst re-training to become a hypnotherapist and completing her debut book Good Grief.
