The past 18 months have been a lot and so many changes to our personal and professional lives happened during this time. This year, the Speaker Discovery Series was held virtually, under the theme, Metamorphosis. Each speaker gave us the gift of their own experiences on this topic, from how "situations" caused them to reinvent their role to how they did it. Our speakers also did not shy away from getting personal with how they redefined their purpose and why it was necessary, now more than ever.
