Neefectuarea inventarului: risc de amenda

Articolul 41.2.d) din Legea contabilității prevede că neefectuarea inventarului anual reprezintă o contravenție, iar articolul 42.1 din aceeași lege, modificat prin OG 115/2023, prevede că amenda pentru acest tip de contravenție este cuprinsă între 3.000 lei și 20.000 lei.
