For this episode we are joined by the lovely Zoe Hall, owner of the Dip and Dales Company; a fantastic wild swimming brand who make the most amazing costumes amongst many other things. Zoe is an inspirational lass who has had 101 lives, travelled to so many places but is also one of the bubbliest people you'll meet.
