A journalism grad turned President of a full service AE firm. They discuss her more than 20 years with O’Connell Robertson and the principals she has lived and worked by en route to this position. ABOUT AMY JONES. As President/CEO, Amy leads the Firm’s corporate vision and strategy development, guides talent and people issues, and manages financial operations. Throughout her 25 year career at O’Connell Robertson, she has been involved in and led the Firm’s marketing and business development team and served in a project executive role for various clients. Amy’s focus on client relations, business development, strategic partnerships, and community engagement built on the company’s already strong foundation for this mission driven Firm’s unprecedented growth over the last decade. Her dedication to clients and the community can be seen in the strong relationships and strategic collaborations she has formed throughout Texas where she is actively involved in numerous professional and non profit organizations.
