We are Leanne and Ross. Today for our second episode, we interview the truly effervescent Ruth Marcella, one of the UK's leading makeup artists and another friend from Clubhouse. She has an incredible experience in a great many things, but has recently been focusing on her teaching academy ELLA CREATIVE ACADEMY (along with homeschooling :o). We talk about everything from hyperfocusing in school and how it helped her get through live events, contrasted with the inevitable burnout that follows. We learn how current events are challenging Ruth's ability to hyperfocus, and also how she is finding solutions to avoid relying on it in her business, bringing more balance into her life. We're really excited to share this episode because so much of what Ruth said resonated with us and because we loved recording it.
Every week, we will be having a chat about ADHD and creative thinking and the impact both have in the world of business and entrepreneurship.
