Ep. 68 How Can Understanding Emotional Intelligence Help with ADHD?
Josiah's ADHD Story Today, my guest is Josiah Sanchez. He is an emotional intelligence coach. He was diagnosed with ADHD in 3rd grade. He struggled with it when he was younger. He was separated and put into a different school. He also took medicine when he was younger but due to what he took it didn’t work well for him. As he got older, he understood that he needed to be more connected with how he was feeling and manage that piece. He also got into fitness right after high school to help him drain a lot of his excited energy. Learn more about his story and other tips and tools that helped him through his ADHD journey. Check out his story! His Resources: ■ IG: https://www.instagram.com/josiahsperspectives/ ■ Website: https://josiahsanchezperspectives.mykajabi.com/ Other Resources: ■ Calm music like Tony Anderson
