Today we tackle the biggest objection of all when it comes to prioritising self-care: I simply don't have the time.

The more structured and organised your schedule is, the easier it'll be to find a free slot you can fill with time for personal needs. If you are still reluctant to include self-care in your schedule, consider it an investment in your ability to actually make a difference.
