LPGA Tour Osteopath, Colin Trigellis-Smith - Episode 009

Chris and James welcome Osteopath and LPGA Tour fitness coach, Colin Trigellis-Smith. Colin has an incredibly interesting resume, including working with the New Zealand women’s Olympic Team and some of the best female players on the LPGA Tour. In this episode we discuss preparation for your round; recovery and injury management; the impact of awareness on health and fitness; and - to throw a curveball in there - the importance of deceleration in hitting it further (it blew our minds as well). This was such an insightful episode, we hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Please join the ATP team and share this podcast with anyone you feel will find it useful or enjoyable. Together we can help improvement and enjoyment in golf and life.
