Bay Burdett is an entrepreneur who started Bay’s Kitchen, a low fodmap, gluten free, dairy free and vegan sauce, soup and gravy brand! After being diagnosed with IBS and following a low-FODMAP diet, Bay recognized the lack of ready-made sauces that were suitable to her new diet, and launched her brand after a couple years of recipe testing. The brand is award winning and is now stocked in hundreds of supermarkets across a few countries!

In this episode, Bay explains her ‘aha’ entrepreneurial moment and the challenging yet lucky start her company had in their first two years.
