Dave is a full-time mechanical engineer in the Defense and Aerospace Industry and part-time instagram influencer on GF eating. After many years suffering digestive issues, he was diagnosed with celiac and Hashimoto’s Thyroid disease. He was also diagnosed with Alpha Gal Red Meat Allergy, a rare disease picked up through a tick bite. Through trial-and-error, he has become an expert at keeping himself safe.
