In this 10 minute guided deep breathing meditation, Alex helps us to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system and enhance our vagus nerve tone through deep breathing strategies and heart-based living training.   

This guided meditation enables us to transition from stress, anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, jealousy or fear to more elevated and regenerative emotions, such as love, appreciation, gratitude, acceptance, care and compassion.   

It will help us to develop brain and heart coherence, become present, lower stress, deepen our relationships, feel supported, loved, increase our energy, improve our health and be more loving in our day-to-day activities. Enjoy the meditation!  

Here are the steps: STEP 1: Place your awareness on your breath. STEP 2: Inhale Self-Love, and exhale any negativity, problems or egoic concerns. STEP 3: Inhale love for others, and exhale any negativity, problems or egoic concerns. STEP 4: Inhale Self-Care, and exhale any negativity, problems or egoic concerns. STEP 5: Inhale care for others, and exhale any negativity, problems or egoic concerns. STEP 6: Inhale love from the Universal Mind, and exhale any negativity, problems or egoic concerns. STEP 7: Place your awareness on your breath.
